ECOIMPRIMER is a high-performance, water-based bituminous primer developed for professional use in roofing and waterproofing applications. Formulated to enhance adhesion and eliminate surface dust, it provides an ideal preparation layer before applying bitumen polymer membranes.
This primer can also be used as a protective treatment for concrete surfaces, particularly in prefabricated structures. It adheres effectively to a wide range of substrates such as concrete, brick, clay brick, metal, and existing bituminous coatings, maintaining excellent performance even at lower application temperatures.
ECOIMPRIMER can be applied using a roller, brush, large brush, or airless spray gun, ensuring easy and uniform coverage. Its typical consumption is 150–200 g/m² in a single coat. Surfaces must be clean, dry, and stable prior to application. The primer should be allowed to dry completely before laying membranes. It is not frost resistant and should be applied between +5°C and +35°C.
